Location: Horley


Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm


Pay: 97 per day

that is looking for a dedicated

SEN Teaching Assistant

to join their team full-time.


About the Role:



You'll be working closely with pupils who have a range of complex needs, including

autism

and

emotional support requirements

. Your role will involve:


Providing 1:1 and small group support Helping pupils engage with learning in a safe, structured environment Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists

Experience working with children with autism and/or emotional needs


A calm, patient, and empathetic approach


Strong communication and teamwork skills


A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people
