Thrive Lincs is looking for a SEND Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in education. Must have own transport. A DBS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage student's timetable. To provide 1 to 1 education support to individuals with SEND. Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards. Provide feedback to employer. Write daily reports. Developing a bespoke, child-led educational program that is based around a child's interests. To develop relationships and trust with the student and family/carers. Ensuring safeguarding of the children/young people is paramount and safeguarding policies adhered too. Ensure that all records are kept in accordance with company policies and procedures regarding record keeping.
Qualifications and experience:

Experience of working with SEND children/young people required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 25.00-35.00 per hour
