Your Role

As an SEN Tutor, you'll:

Design and deliver tailored learning programmes that inspire and engage Build confidence and self-esteem through positive student relationships Track and evaluate student progress, adapting your approach for optimal results Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and education professionals Maintain detailed progress records to ensure continuous improvement

What You'll Need

Essential:

2+ years teaching/tutoring experience Enhanced DBS certificate (must be on update service) Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle Certificate of Higher Education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to adapt teaching methods to individual needs Strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare Resilience and positive attitude
Desirable:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 1+ years' experience working with SEN students Diploma of Higher Education or higher qualification
