to take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations for Inleaf companies and a small number of associated businesses.
This is a
hands-on, operational role
suited to someone who enjoys doing the work to a high standard: keeping accurate records, staying on top of invoicing and reconciliations, and ensuring the finance function runs smoothly day to day.
The role will involve a supported handover from our current Finance Manager, who has been with the business for the last four years and will help transfer knowledge, processes, and expectations. Ongoing light-touch oversight and advice will be available as you settle into the role.
This is a practical, ownership-focused position for someone who takes pride in well-run accounts.

Supporting month-end and year-end processes

Responding to finance-related queries from the wider team

over time, with a focus on clarity and reliability rather than unnecessary complexity.
