What you'll do


As the Senior B2B Marketing Manager for Nectar360, you will be leading and implementing the transformative marketing strategy for Nectar360, focusing on growth initiatives and brand awareness among B2B audiences. Your role involves defining and executing effective marketing strategies, creating B2B communication programmes, and working closely with internal teams and external agency partners to drive demand and enhance brand visibility. You will be responsible for managing marketing efforts, developing go-to-market strategies, organising client events and webinars, and ensuring all marketing activities align with business objectives and brand guidelines. Additionally, you will be accountable for measuring and reporting on marketing activities, managing budgets, and overseeing two direct reports.


Who you are


As a Senior B2B Marketing Manager at Sainsbury's within the Marketing & Loyalty division, you are a strategic and innovative marketeer with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering B2B marketing strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With your strong analytical skills, creativity, and ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders, you drive the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies to achieve ambitious growth objectives. Your expertise in leveraging data-driven and digital marketing approaches, along with your proficiency in CRM systems and PR best practises, enables you to create compelling communications that resonate with our B2B audience and elevate the presence of Nectar360 both internally and externally.


Essential Criteria


A minimum 4 years experience in a B2B data-driven and/or campaign or communications marketing role Demonstratable experience of successfully leading and delivering B2B marketing strategy and communications in a large matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders on time and within budget Experience in using CRMs for marketing activity and pipeline Good understanding of PR and PR best practice Highly numerate with strong analytical skills Experience of influencing senior stakeholders to gain buy-in at the highest levels, internally and externally (up to board level at clients/agencies). #LI-DN1
