Job Description

We are searching for a highly accomplished and strategically-minded Senior B2B Sales Manager, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through effective business-to-business sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive and ambitious B2B sales strategy aligned with our overall business objectives, identifying key target markets and opportunities for sustainable growth. Lead, mentor, and motivate our existing sales team, setting clear, measurable B2B sales targets, providing strategic guidance, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. Take ownership of the entire B2B sales cycle, from proactive lead generation and qualification to persuasive negotiation, successful closing of deals, and the cultivation of strong, long-term client relationships. Consistently exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for B2B sales revenue, lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and client retention, providing insightful reports on sales performance to senior management. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging B2B market trends, understand evolving customer needs, and develop compelling, differentiated value propositions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business challenges and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Utilise CRM systems and other relevant sales management tools to accurately track sales activities, manage pipelines efficiently, and generate insightful reports for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:

Extensive and demonstrable experience in driving significant revenue growth and managing successful B2B sales operations. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful B2B sales strategies and achieving ambitious sales targets. Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team. Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong passion for achieving B2B sales success and building lasting client relationships.
