About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Senior Care Assistant / Care Team Leader

with NVQ Level 3 qualification to join our care home team in Leeds (LS26). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and leading a team to support our residents' well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents. Lead and supervise the care team during shifts, ensuring standards are consistently met. Support with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, nutrition, and medication administration. Maintain accurate care records in line with regulatory standards. Promote a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents and staff. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care

(or equivalent).

Previous experience in a care home setting

is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Must be

local to Leeds LS26

. Flexible to work

days and nights
