Senior children's residential support worker
Locations: Totton
Salary:32,000k
Shifts: Days, 15 hour shifts, 45 hours per week
Requirements:
Must hold a level 3 NVQ Be open to completing a level NVQ level 5 Must be a driver
The role:
As a Senior you will be managing a team of support workers as well as setting up and running shifts so experience in this 4bed Childrens EBD home 24-hour care facility with supported living accommodation for Children with Traumas, mental health disorders, and/or challenging behaviour . You will assist residents in integrating within the local community with daily outings, to encourage social integration and develop self-reliance skills.
