We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Compliance Manager to lead our compliance function across a wide range of statutory disciplines. This is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice requirements in areas including gas safety, fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, electrical safety, building safety and mechanical systems.
As part of the wider management team, you will shape compliance strategy, lead a team of specialist managers, and drive continuous improvement across all compliance services. You'll work collaboratively with internal departments, external contractors, regulators, and customers to maintain the highest standards of health, safety and service delivery.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
has excellent leadership skills and experience to manage compliance services across multiple discipline teams
has a strong understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks including asbestos, fire, gas, legionella, electrical and lift safety, with the ability to make informed decisions.
is experienced in managing budgets ensuring value for money and able to demonstrate continuous improvement.
has the demonstratable ability to influence, engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
