Job Description

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Designer to become a core member of our creative marketing team, based in Cookstown. This role is central to our Group's visual communication, giving you the opportunity to work with prominent brands within the construction industry.


As part of our dedicated design team, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end oversight and creation of design and creative work across all our group businesses. Your day-to-day will involve designing and producing a wide range of artwork and assets for both digital and print platforms. This includes supporting new product launches, developing impactful marketing campaigns, crafting engaging website graphics, and creating compelling content for the entire group and its individual brands. This is an ideal opening for an experienced designer who thrives on hands-on work and is keen to take on greater responsibility while contributing to the growth and development of our design team.

Key responsibilities



Play a pivotal role in our creative team, continually elevating and innovating print and digital design Bring brand visions to life by expertly translating requirements into impactful designs for both print and digital channels Be an integral part of the creative journey, actively contributing and collaborating on new ideas Be a guardian of quality, ensuring consistently high creative standards are met for every brand

What you will bring



5+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced creative environment An exceptional portfolio showcasing your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) Strong typographic and conceptual design skills Proven ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Thorough understanding of the end-to-end print design and production process Highly organised with excellent time management skills, capable of independently managing multiple projects from brief to completion Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines A true team player who collaborates seamlessly on large projects, adept at both giving and receiving constructive feedback
