How you'll make a difference:
Your focus will be on providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the business. You will structure, clean and analyse data using a broad range of processing and modelling techniques.
This is a great opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you'll collaborate with our Customer Research and Core teams to shape strategic decisions, elevate the customer experience, and unlock powerful, value-driven insights that make a real impact to our customers.
What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience of building advanced analytical models to predict customer behaviour.
  • Experience using modern BI technologies to design compelling reports is essential (SAP BI Suite)
  • A working knowledge of SAP HANA, advanced SQL writing, Excel (incl. Macros/VBA) & advanced Power BI knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
  • Ability to interpret user requirements to design & build effective solutions.
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively with good attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder management and communication.
  • Databricks & Python experience - preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to role model, care, connect and coach to drive performance, change, positive engagement and deliver against challenging objectives - also preferred
