Working closely with management on implementing the People strategy, you will provide expert guidance to the People Advisers & People Business Partners within your team whilst guiding wider stakeholders, senior leads & managers. You will support a pro-active and high-quality ER case management function in a positive, fair and inclusive workplace. Passionate about resolving complex people issues partnering with Managers and TU's, you will confidently champion early intervention and conflict prevention.
