Senior HR Assistant

Our HR team are looking for an experienced Senior HR Assistant to join the team.
What you will be doing

• Act as first point of contact to managers and employees
• Scheduling of interviews, liaising with candidates, drafting paperwork and updating our ATS (Greenhouse)
• Manage the onboarding process including collecting documents, system set up and ensuring a good candidate experience
• Processing role changes, leavers, flexible working requests, parental leave and other absence requests ensuring compliance with our policies
• Maintain and update our HR database (Workday) and employee personnel files (electronic)
• Assist with the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc reports
• Respond in a timely manner to ad-hoc queries and requests via the HR mailbox
• Assist with coordination of annual lifecycle events eg promotions and performance reviews
• Support in the maintenance of policies and handbooks
• Creating and updating process flows and building out processes on our HR System (Workday)

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience working in a HR Operations role within a fast-paced HR team
• An awareness of Human Resource Management best practice
• Proficient in MS Office applications - in particular MS Excel to an advanced level
• Good stakeholder management, communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
