About the Role

As part of our exciting expansion of the Inclusion Provision across our family of schools, PACT is seeking dedicated and compassionate

Senior Inclusion Support Workers

to support pupils with complex SEND in either

mainstream classrooms

or our

Resource Base provisions

. There are vacancies across the schools within the trust.

The successful candidates will be passionate and motivated putting pupil care at the for front of what they do. Our family of schools consist of Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Sutton Park Primary School, Prince Albert High School and Lakey Lane Primary School. We are a developing MAT, growing steadily with the opportunity for further internal promotion. As part of our commitment to employee progression we are offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work towards a level 3 SEND qualification whilst working and being supported within school through the apprenticeship scheme.

Are confident to deal with the public and parents tactfully and courteously and establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships Can communicate with children, parents and staff effectively Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Are willing to train and continue own learning and assist others in their duties Demonstrate good literacy and good numeracy skills.
