Hours:

35 hours per week worked on a shift basis to cover site opening, during day, in the evenings and at weekends.

Contract:

Full time - Permanent.

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Senior Leisure Assistants to help us build Cantley Park into a thriving, inclusive centre that supports grassroots football and the wider community. About the Role



As a Senior Leisure Assistant, you will:

Support the Duty Managers in the day-to-day safe running of the site. Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the facility. Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with facility users. Support with the setup, maintenance, and presentation of pitches and facilities. Assist with health & safety, statutory checks, and risk assessments. Play a key role in the on-site cafe operations, including serving customers, basic cooking, and stock management. Support the delivery of safeguarding standards and ensure the facility is safe and inclusive for all.

What We're Looking For:



Experience working in sport, leisure, hospitality, or facilities. A background in customer service, with excellent communication skills. The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach. A willingness to complete required training, including Emergency Aid, FA Safeguarding, Manual Handling, and Food Hygiene (training provided).
