We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to oversee our lettings operations and ensure the highest level of service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen organisational mindset. As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lettings team, developing strategies to maximise occupancy rates, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the lettings team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
Negotiate tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and local property regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
Prepare regular reports on lettings performance for senior management review.
Experience
Proven experience in a lettings or property management role is essential.
Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous in enhancing communication with a broader client base.
A thorough understanding of relevant legislation affecting the lettings industry is preferred.
Relevant Lettings Qualification at SCQF level 6 or above.
