Senior Maintenance Operative

.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain our facilities:

You'll handle general building repairs, inspections, and preventative upkeep to keep everything in top working order.

Support warehouse operations:

Help ensure our warehouse and distribution facilities run efficiently.

Use computer systems:

You'll track tasks and manage data using Windows, Excel, and online maintenance software.

Ensure safety:

Follow health and safety procedures, including working at heights and operating MEWPs (training provided!). You'll also conduct risk assessments.

Coordinate with contractors:

Arrange and oversee external contractors for specialised maintenance work.

Communicate effectively:

Work well independently and as part of a team, showing strong communication and organisational skills.

You'll Need:

Refrigeration /Ammonia knowledge Maintenance experience (warehouse preferred). Building/facility knowledge. Strong task prioritisation. H&S expertise. Basic mechanical/electrical skills. MS Office proficiency.
