Role Purpose
Treasury at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) strives to be a best-in-class function which supports the Group's role as a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider. We are seeking a candidate to lead the Treasury Front Office (TFO), the team responsible for:Liquidity management Short-term investment management (Group cash: 3.5bn) Commercial paper issuance (2.25bn euro CP and $2.5bn US CP) FX risk management (XXbn notional traded annually) Execution of interest rate (IRS) and cross-currency swaps (CCIRS) (Xbn portfolio)

Responsibilities
The Senior Manager is a key role reporting to the Director, Corporate Finance & Financial Risk. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 3 days per week of office-based working. The successful candidate will lead TFO, the team that ensures day-to-day liquidity needs are satisfied. They run a portfolio of short-term investments (money market funds, term deposits, reverse repo), and issue commercial paper in US dollars, euro and sterling. TFO also manage LSEG's foreign exchange (FX) risk using a variety of instruments (spot, forward, swaps, vanilla options). There is a requirement to trade IRS and CCIRS in close collaboration with Corporate Finance to support long-term debt issuance and management of the existing derivative portfolio. The role will support treasury system development and integration in the context of a multi-year global ERP deployment. There are three members of TFO, led by the Senior Manager.
Detailed responsibilitiesDaily cash management, including daily cash positioning, short-term investments and borrowings Execution of FX risk management strategy Build strong direct relationships with key suppliers including banks and treasury service providers Support LSEG businesses by providing Treasury support on cross-functional projects Implement improvements and upgrades to Treasury technology (TMS, banking, dealing) to support automation and efficiency Work with Group Tax and Treasury Accounting to support intercompany transactions and settlements, including netting and intercompany loans and dividends Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures and provide evidence for internal and external audit Support cooperation and knowledge sharing with standalone treasury functions of LCH and TradeWeb Explore opportunities to showcase LSEG products and services such as FXAll, Workspace, SparkLive etc.

Key Behaviours & Skills Required to be Successful in the Role:Degree or equivalent experience and relevant professional qualification (AMCT/FCT, CFA, ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Significant experience in front office, treasury operations or related field in corporate or financial institution Commercial approach and strong appetite to deliver optimal outcomes within policy limits Ability to manage complexity in terms of Group structure, systems, financial instruments and bank relationships Experience with Integrity or other treasury management system Experience of delivering system change Line management experience/appetite to support team development
