Brief Description
There is an exciting opportunity to join us in a role that is vital to our success. We are looking for a Senior Network Delivery Manager to join our East Coast Operations team.
You will act as the strategic duty leader of the Route Control team, maximising delivery of performance across the network on a shift basis to achieve the best outcome for all operators, whilst minimising overall delay through implementation of train service contingency plans and train service management protocols.
About the role (External)
Role and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: * Assume strategic command of the rail network during major safety and performance incidents acting as Rail Incident Commander where appropriate.
