Your role in the Team's Success



As a

Senior Network Engineer

, you will play a key role in building and enhancing the infrastructure that powers our fast-growing retail brokerage business while also supporting various other business initiatives.

What you'll do



In this role, you'll ensure the reliability and efficiency of the infrastructure by staying ahead of evolving networking technologies, proactively identifying potential issues, and leading multiple tasks and projects. Our goal is to maintain the most stable, performant network possible to deliver the best experience for our customers.A


Design and plan scalable, secure, and resilient network architectures Provide proactive capacity monitoring and health checks of the network infrastructure to an enterprise standard. Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and solutions, conducting PoC/PoV studies. Lead network-related projects and coordinate with other departments Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations. Mentor NetOps engineers and provide technical guidance.

What you'll need for this role



Proven experience and strong technical knowledge of Arista and Cisco are required. Strong Experience in LAN & WAN software protocols; IP routing protocols OSPF & BGP; Experience with large networks in a trading/financial institution or ISP environment. Strong understanding of routing, switching, data centre and security technologies, including firewalls/proxies. High-level exposure to core DNS concepts and configuration - Infoblox experience is key. Experience of working with and managing major CDN providers
