Senior Operations Coordinator



FourNet is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our growing company and play a pivotal role in decision making and driving process efficiencies with the Operations Department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Operations Coordintor with knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, management information and reporting to make a mark within FourNet's largest team. The successful candidate will report directly into the COO and play a huge part in making decisions that will take FourNet forward as it continues to grow and develop.

Budget Management and Financial Control

Oversee and manage the platform budget, ensuring effective cost control and accurate tracking of actual vs. planned expenditure. Coordinate contract renewals, subscription management, and vendor agreements to optimise spend. Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring alignment with internal financial policies. Provide financial forecasting, variance analysis, and risk assessments to inform decision-making. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Management Information (MI) and Reporting

Design, produce, and maintain management information reports to deliver actionable insights to the COO and operational leads. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, operational efficiencies, and areas for improvement. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs. Present complex findings in a clear and digestible format to senior stakeholders.
Operational and Administrative Support

Provide high-level administrative support to the Operational Leadership Team. Manage schedules, meetings, and calendar coordination across departments. Prepare, format, and proofread reports, correspondence, and documentation. Support onboarding activities including IT/equipment setup and staff documentation. Lead or contribute to operational improvement projects and process streamlining initiatives. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support smooth business operations.

Person Specification



Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior administrative or business operations role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce. Proven organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and perform cost control activities. Proficient in developing MI reports, analysing data, and presenting insights. Strong understanding of financial processes including purchase order workflows. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Desirable

Working knowledge of Certinia (Formerly Financial Force) PSA and/or ERP. Exposure to project coordination or process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Business Administration qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3+, BTEC, HNC) preferred. A relevant degree or professional certification is an advantage.
