Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring a luxury candidate experience aligned with Sofitel values.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
Manage HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights to senior management using Excel and reporting tools.
Foster an inclusive workplace culture, support induction activities, and contribute to learning & development initiatives.
Assist with payroll preparation, ensure compliance with audits and right-to-work checks, and support wellbeing, CSR, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Contribute to wider People & Culture projects, including system upgrades, engagement surveys, and global Accor programmes.
