The Role @ Sumo:

We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Producer to join our team at Sumo Leamington! You will be working on our latest IP - Stampede: Racing Royale.

This role can be done on a remote basis.

In this role you will:

• Be a key member of the production team working alongside leads and stakeholders to create world class mobile and PC titles.
• Partner with product owners, working with multiple remote, multi time zone, cross-discipline agile teams fostering collaboration through agile processes and frameworks.
• Work collaboratively with the production team and key stakeholders to strategically develop project roadmap, milestone deliverables and scope.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between schedule and design goals.
• Support the development team to help them do their best work, in a satisfying and sustainable manner.
• Continuously monitor Team and Project Health indicators, actioning change when necessary.
• Guide the team through creative and technical challenges, encouraging a spirit of continuous improvement.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate risk though structured and visible processes.
• Support and mentor growing members of the production team.

We need you to have:

• End to end development experience on a shipped mobile or PC titles.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Confluence and Miro or equivalent software.
• Agile development experience and a desire to continuously seek out and improve upon process best practice.
• A collaborative approach to communication: you are experienced in delivering clear, concise messages that are easily understood by all disciplines, as well as any external partners.
• An ability to bring multiple teams together, create clarity on the project and foster a spirit of collaboration.
• Excellent organisational skills with a strong capability to manage multiple complex priorities.
• A pro-active, supportive attitude and an instinct for seeking out how best to support your teams.
• An ability to foster a culture of trust, collaboration and visibility within teams.
• An open minded approach to game development process and best practice.
• Experience working with external stakeholders and development teams.
