About You:
We are recruiting for a talented and experienced Receptionist Leader to join our Front of House Team. As a Senior Head Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming all guests in a friendly and yet professional manner into our restaurant and provide support to the Front of House Team. You will go beyond and above the call of duty to ensure that every guest receives a lasting and memorable experience. You will be extremely flexible and willing to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities:
Making all guests feel welcome
Greeting guests following our standards
Processing guests' reservations using the Seven Rooms service
Liaising with the Front of House Team and Management to ensure a smooth operation
Excellent phone etiquette skills

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Head Receptionist in a Michelin starred or fine dining Restaurant
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Willingness to assist other departments during busy periods
Previous experience of using Sevenrooms Reservations system will be an advantage
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality hospitality services
Passion for creating memorable guests' experiences and providing exceptional customer service.
