My client is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team in a permanent and temporary recruitment capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress into a senior role or those who are seeking growth opportunities in a dynamic and growing organization. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a small team, including a Junior Consultant and a Resourcer, with opportunities to expand the team and manage your own clients.

Responsibilities:

Self-generate new business Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of a business Operate within the Commercial, Industrial, Construction, Engineering, Technology, Transport, Finance, or Pharma sectors (desired but not essential) Demonstrate success through results-driven activities

Requirements:

At least 2 years of recruitment experience managing your own desk and clients Driven by success and results-oriented Strong relationship management skills Ability to self-generate new business

Benefits:
