Key Responsibilities

:

Client Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with nurseries and educational institutions to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Talent Acquisition

: Source, interview, and onboard qualified nursery staff and educators to meet client needs.

Staff Development

: Coordinate and oversee training programs to ensure all recruits meet industry standards and excel in their roles.

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Performance Monitoring

: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support staff growth and development.

Marketing and Outreach

: Utilise social media and other marketing channels to attract potential candidates and promote our brand.

Operational Support

: Assist nurseries with emergency and temporary staffing solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Person Specification

:

Experience

: Previous experience in recruitment, especially within the education or childcare sector, is highly desirable.

Skills

: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
