OVERVIEW. Fox Grant Estate Agents specialise in marketing rural and equestrian properties as well as houses, country homes, village properties, farm and woodland, leisure and tourism businesses. Based in an attractive location in the South West near Salisbury. Our experienced, professional and friendly small team provide a unique and bespoke approach and our tailored marketing strategies help clients achieve the best price possible for their property.

We are seeking a confident experienced Senior Negotiator and potential Head of Office. This role is full time and ideal for someone who knows how to build rapport, close delas and deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers alike. They will be familiar with the Estate Agents Act 1979.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify, canvass and conduct market appraisals, take on new business, negotiate offers, progress sales and also be responsible for managing a small team, supporting the wider team members with valuations, listings, sales and office procedures. The amount and type of responsibility will reflect previous management experience . You will be joining a respected office with a strong local and regional reputation and a collaborative team culture. There is also an opportunity for a Junior negotiator too.

Full Time, Monday to Friday, with 6-10 Saturdays per annum, as required

Basic Salary plus attractive incentive based, competitive package, ( based on experience )

This job is a varied role that combines negotiation, sales progression and front-line client interaction. The senior role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands on, making things happen and leading from the front.

For the junior sales negotiator, a minimum of 12 months Estate Agency experience would be an advantage as would previous experience in social media marketing. Training for this role will be provided.

Responsibilities

Canvassing, market appraisals, property valuation, production of sales particulars , sales negotiations, progression and completions Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Company objectives and targets. Use excellent organisation, planning and time management skills for the better performance of the Office. Able to manage a small team and "lead from the front" ( management role), Maintain accurate records of negotiations, agreements, and communications using property management software and in line with current legislation. Liasson with clients, buyers, solicitors and third party suppliers as required Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external parties to facilitate ongoing negotiations and partnerships.

Qualifications

Proven track record in Valuing and selling property. Minimum 3 years Estate Agency negotiating experience and some management experience (senior role) or 12 months ( junior role) preferable . On going training will be provided for the junior role. Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiar with estate Agency office procedures and The requirements of The Estate Agents Act 1979 Friendly and approachable with excellent people skills and able to work independently or collaboratively within a Team. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. Proficient with IT. Exceptional negotiating ability Motivated by results. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region. Experience with social media marketing or mapping software would be an advantage
