Senior Sales Negotiator - Finchley Central
Salary - 25,000 Plus commission and car allowance OTE 60,000 Plus
Driver and own car required
Our client is a multi-award-winning independent Estate Agency with offices covering the area of North London are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Finchley Central. Key Responsibilities:

• Handling calls and emails enquiries to company standards.
• Productive dairy & time management
• Dealing with customer enquiries effectively
• Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking's are consistently hit.
• Prospecting & canvassing to generate valuations and build vendor database.
• Implementing strategies to increase market share.
• Completing valuations and taking on instructions in absence of manager.
• Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge.
• Escalate queries outside of own authority level.
• Sharing ideas for canvassing and marketing
