Salary - 25,000 + commission OTE 42,000
Working hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm
Our client, a well-established and highly respected brand within the property industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy Bushey -based team.

Duties will include:

• Managing the sale of residential properties from initial enquiry through to completion

• Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to buyers

• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcome

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service

• Generating new business and registering applicants

• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other agents to progress sales

• Keeping vendors regularly updated on marketing activity and feedback

• Ensuring all records are accurately maintained in line with company procedures

• Working to and exceeding agreed sales targets and KPIs

• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the sales team where required
