Dynamic Coaching is dedicated to improving, increasing and promoting opportunities for children and young people in sport, fitness and physical activity.
We are currently recruiting multi-sports coaches that can deliver a range of programs for young people. Programs include, lunchtime and after school clubs, PE sessions, Holiday camps and weekend clubs at schools in and around the London borough of Bromley, Bexley, Lewisham and Greenwich.
Senior Sports Coaches will need to be:
Ambitious, inspiring and passionate about pupils learning enabling them to meet their full potential.
Experience working with children and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Excellent adaptability skills to accompany their teaching style to suit the relevant year group.
Excellent behaviour management and organisation skills.
Be able to build quick relationships with pupils and colleagues along with having confidence in their own teaching ability.
Excellent time keeping skills
Positive growth mindset and attitude
FA Level 2 or equivalent
At least 3 years experience coaching
Ability to adapt and learn through CPD
Very good communicator
Ability to plan sessions
Comfortable working with other coaches
Strong interpersonal skills
You will need to provide an up to date DBS cert (or one can be provided)
Main duties will include:
Planning and delivering sessions.
To assist in the delivery of skills development, drills and small sided games in accordance with the objectives of the program.
Act as a role model and mentor.
Manage behaviour to ensure sessions are enjoyable and inclusive.
Coaches are responsible for planning, organising and delivering an appropriate range of sports activities and programmes for individuals and teams. Typical responsibilities include: teaching relevant skills, tactics and techniques.
To take a proactive role in organising, maintaining equipment and supplies as needed for the implementation of the various sporting activities.
To support in the development of trainees/ apprentices.
Coaches must have experience in the following areas:

Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and hardworking (E)

Good ITC, planning and organisational skills, and excellent timekeeping (E)
Understanding of the national curriculum, sport polices and structures (D)
Understanding of child development and learning processes (D)
Understand safeguarding and welfare principles, policies and procedures (E)
Understand principles of development and have the ability to implement new strategies (E)
Qualifications: Level 2 National Governing Body Award (E)
Good literacy and numeracy skills (E)
