About The Role As a Senior Strategic Analyst you will be a key member of our team, collaborating closely with specialists in children's social care and education. The work you do will be both challenging and immensely valuable, contributing directly to improving our services for children and families. Your ability to analyse data and present insights in engaging and interactive ways will be vital in shaping the future of our programs. You will also be the technical lead for the social care and education performance teams as well as deputise for the head of performance for social care and represent them at some meetings. Experience and knowledge in the field of children's services, preferably working with social care data, reflecting a genuine passion for making a positive impact
Proven track record of effective communication and collaborating with senior managers and partners to achieve successful outcomes
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to present insights in a clear, actionable way
Experience using data preparation and dashboard tools, such as FME, Microsoft Azure Data Studio and Tableau, to streamline data processes and visualise information effectively
Demonstrated ability to provide effective supervision, guidance, and support to a team
