Senior residential Support worker - Children and young peoples home



Location: Warminster



Salary: From 31,231 per annum plus occasional sleep in



Full time working long days



FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL

As a Senior support worker, you will be at the heart of everything we do

andyour passion and knowledge will inspire the team. Youwill be able to develop your skills , lead the shifts and

study towards level 5 qualifications

to grow and develop into future leaders and take on additional responsibilities.

What do you need?



A minimum of 12 months experience within a residential childrens home

Great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible and resilient.

Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People.

You need to be able to work flexibly covering long day shifts, weekends and sleeps. Full UK Drivers licence required.
