Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of residential support workers in daily practice.
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people.
Support the Registered Manager with staff development and supervision.
Oversee safeguarding practices, care planning, and compliance with Ofsted standards.
Promote positive outcomes through a therapeutic, child-centred approach.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
2 years' experience
in children's residential services.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Leadership experience desirable, but
step-up candidates will be considered
.
Must hold a
full UK driving licence
.
Strong safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to quality care.
Rota & Working Pattern
40 hours per week.
Shift times:
07:30am - 10:30pm
.
Approx. 2 sleep-ins per week (not contracted, 60 each).
