Key Responsibilities
Support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the daily running of the home
Lead shifts and provide supervision, mentoring, and role modelling for staff
Ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance at all times
Promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children
Contribute to care planning and the delivery of positive outcomes
Requirements
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essential
Prior experience working in a children's residential home
Leadership experience (as a Senior Support Worker or similar) desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence strongly preferred
