The Technology Innovation team leads the development and deployment of advanced solutions, from automated inspection systems and AI-driven analytics to potential future digital twins and robotics. As part of this team, you will shape the future of maintenance and asset management, delivering projects such as the use of Drones and Vision Cameras that transform traditional practices into intelligent, data-led processes. We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Engineer to join our Engineering and Safety team-a technically autonomous department that holds its own safety case and operates with independence and authority. This unique position offers the opportunity to influence policy, standards, and strategic direction while delivering technical excellence across the HS1 route.
For the Innovation role, it is essential to have knowledge and experience in software and data analytics, and the ability to advise on future capabilities within existing systems.
