Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SEO Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a deep understanding of SEO strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with our business objectives, utilising various digital platforms to enhance our market presence.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing, who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced agency environment and bring their creative spark to our business.

Duties



Day to day management and support to Digital Marketing Assistant. Support and report to Company Director in all aspects of SEO. Management of on-boarding clients. Manage the identifying, understanding, scheduling and fixing of technical issues related to SEO. Build relationships with clients to manage their needs and be the face of Deliver alongside Company director. Measure success through organic traffic growth, search rankings, ROI and client retention. Assist Director in presenting strategies and performance reports to existing clients. Support in winning clients with digital marketing and SEO website audits as required. Plan and oversee platform migrations, domain migrations and other complicated, high risk SEO projects, with detailed impact assessments. Work on different campaign types including lead gen and e commerce. Collaborate with other teams, including content, UX and PPC, ensuring alignment with broader campaigns. Drive innovation by testing new tools, methodologies and automation. Ensure the highest quality standards across all project work. Be highly proficient in all aspects of technical SEO and advanced optimisation techniques, bringing industry experience and best practices into the team. Ensure client site content is relevant and up to date regarding products, seasonality, and trends to maximise SEO performance. Actively build high-quality backlinks by contacting relevant websites to increase brand awareness, grow our audience, and improve SEO rankings. Review and manage website content and blogs ensuring high quality and timescales are met. Identify growth opportunities and quick wins to improve organic visibility.

We are seeking a strong leader with excellent English and organisational skills. You must be creative and have the ability to share those creative ideas. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage multiple projects at once with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines and communication. Below are more key skills you must possess for this role:

2-4 years of experience in a SEO or digital marketing role. Proven experience in a similar SEO role. Strong technical and analytical SEO skills. Comfortable managing team members and collaborating cross-functionally. Results-focused and able to deliver within fixed timeframes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong and consistent research skills. A keen eye for detail throughout all your work. Be ambitious and ready to learn in an exciting industry and fast-paced environment. Be creative andbring ideas to add value to what we do. Bring passion and energy to our work and our colleagues both internal and external. Experience of working in agency / multi-client account environments. Strong skills with digital marketing tools and be keen to develop these skills at pace, such as:
- Google Analytics

- Google Search Console

- Google Business Manager

- Semrush

- Screaming Frog

- WordPress or other CMS platforms

Experience and understanding of CRM systems. Knowledge of marketing trends and the appetite to stay up to date with sector changes and technology/trend advancements. Excellent time management skills. A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow. Comfortable with a hybrid working model (a mix of office and home-based) and ability to use Microsoft Teams.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
