As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and assisting with food preparation when necessary.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation in the kitchen as required, adhering to food safety standards. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and utensils. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing assistance as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. A positive attitude with excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with guests and team members alike.
