We require an experienced service administrator to join our growing team servicing, repairing, restoring, race preparation and support, and supplying parts to our loyal clients worldwide.
Excellent customer service skills, a well presented individual with a good telephone manner
A proven and comprehensive technical knowledge of motor vehicles both new and old
Excellent administration skills, with the ability to interpret technicians job card write-up's and produce descriptive and accurate invoices for the customer
Exceptional IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Dealer Management Systems
A first-rate communicator who can work well in a team and independently
A forward thinker who can follow existing process', and help to improve and develop new process' to continually increase departmental efficiencies
Knowledge of transport logistics would be an advantage.
Management/updating of our online parts store.
Assist management team with administrative duties as required.
:
1) Assist workshop manager running service reception bookings, estimates, invoicing etc.
2) Assist parts manager with small volume parts enquiries.
3) Update online parts store.
4) Front of house duties, answering phone calls as required.
