An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced
Service Advisor/Administrator
at our Hamilton Brothers office in
Bishopton
. The ideal candidate will thrive working in a busy environment, where they can demonstrate their Organisational and Customer Service skills.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting them and the rest of the team with the day to day running of the Service Department. It is a large department and duties include booking in customers machinery for repair and tasking the workshop engineers. Processing job cards, orders, invoices and handling payments. The successful applicant will be expected to uphold and further the company's strong reputation for reliable, honest and effective service.
Requirements:
An ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a multi-franchise environment.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the business, maintaining and upholding company standards.
Excellent customer relationship skills, both face to face and over the phone.
Strong and up-to-date IT skills.
To be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
