About the role
Our Service Advisors will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking aftersales services. We are looking for a someone who is a natural communicator.
This customer-facing role will be a great fit for someone who's already worked in a customer service position. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers inquiring about service and repairs in a efficient and professional manner.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage service bookings digitally and ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and address any concerns.
Skill Requirements
Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
Demonstrate computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Strong organisational skills to schedule incoming work effectively, helping maintain the requirements of our customers and the capacity of our workshop.
Excellent phone and digital etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Good basic data entry and core administration skills with attention to detail.
