Job Description

We're looking for Tour Guides to join us at Castle Coole to help deliver our program in the mansion.

Salary

: 12.25 per hour

Contract/duration:

Fixed term - May to October

Hours/working pattern/hours

: We will need cover throughout the open season, including weekends and public holidays


For this role, you'll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.



What it's like to work here:Reporting to the Senior Collections and House Officer, you'll be part of a friendly team working across the Fermanagh portfolio.



What you'll be doing:The core part of your job is to provide guided tours of the mansion to our visitors, with a focus on providing a warm welcome. No two days will be the same and you can expect to meet many different people.


Most importantly, you'll be talking to visitors, answering their questions and making sure they enjoy their day.
