As Service Delivery Coordinator, you will execute the HSE 5 fundamentals every

day, every job, every task. Execute the 5 fundamentals of Service Delivery. Interacts with customer representative for preparation, execution, and completion of all upcoming and ongoing job activities. Use Job Center to comply with the intelligent Managing the Job Cycle (iMtJC) ensuring all job activities are executed in line with customer and Baker Hughes' requirements. Manage change as it occurs across the job cycle for both planned and unplanned events.


As a Service Delivery Coordinator (Pressure Pumping), you will be responsible for:


Performing specific Tasks will include but not limited to working with Sales and Service Delivery Technical to provide operational advice related to technical planning

Being responsible for compiling and managing the following within Job Center: Job Activity, Sales Orders, Job Orders, Field Personnel Demand, Management of Change, and Customer Tickets Conducting job briefing during planning and debriefing after closing for every job/activity. Communicating billing events to B&C using the Job Center ticket Planning mid-range operation activity volume & complexity forecast to align the correct resources for Service delivery flawless execution & on-time delivery Preparing daily operational updates for their ongoing job activities as required Reporting incidents and manage communication internally and with customers Overseeing ongoing operations and provides direct support to the field personnel on location Interacting with Service Delivery Manager, Region PL Account Manager/Representative, Region PL Application Engineer, Region PL Technical Support Engineer, Region PL Reliability Engineer, Scheduling & Competency Specialist, PL Equipment Specialist, Field personnel, AMO Technician, Customer, Billing Specialist, Materials Planner, >70% External/Customer focus role. Owning the HSE Perfect Days, Perfect Execution Days, Service Delivery Execution Excellence, Job Center Readiness, Non-Productive Time (NPT%) and Billing Cycle Time

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum relevant and applicable operational, field & quality work experience Highly motivated, self-driven, strong conceptual skills Have thorough understanding of Service Delivery requirements Have excellent communication & presenting skills Have strong computer & analytical skills Preferred to have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Preferred to have Sales / Customer relations experience Desired to be Knowledgeable in drilling and completions processes 'Preferred to have the ability to learn and use various applications to prepare visualizations data for analysis Preferred to have knowledge on quality tools/philosophies such as Six Sigma and Continual improvement Have the ability to work independently Have Product line / Sub-Product line knowledge
