What you'll be doing:
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact for customers during the onboarding and service delivery process, ensuring a smooth and positive journey from order confirmation to activation. You'll coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, manage orders and data within our CRM, communicate regular updates to customers, and proactively resolve any issues to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time.

Fully office based in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Solent Hotel)
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays)
Up to 35 days per year PLUS additional leave for late starts, early finishes, long lunches, appointments

What are we looking for in you?
Minimum
1 year of telecoms or IT experience
(service delivery or customer experience preferred)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Confident working both independently and as part of a team
Positive, resilient, and inquisitive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) -- desirable
Understanding of broadband and telephony connections -- desirable
