If yes, then look no further \xe2\x80\x93 our Assets and Delivery team are recruiting a Service Delivery Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to the delivery of our inhouse and contracted maintenance services. This is a Fixed-term Contract / Secondment opportunity for 12 months.

In this fast-paced varied role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll join a team of seven Coordinators providing all-important administrative support by:

  • Responding to maintenance/repairs related queries from internal and external stakeholders and customers
  • Ensuring that all relevant certification is provided for all works completed, such as EPCs and Asbestos surveys
  • Processing of orders, invoices and other contractual documentation
  • Inputting data and management of digital records \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring all information held is accurate and up to date.

Our Ideal Candidate? We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an individual with a \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 approach, who is willing to learn and able to work collaboratively with others.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have some professional work experience, ideally in a target driven role
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have experience using a range of Microsoft packages and the ability to learn in-house systems
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re detail orientated, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively, as well as working collaboratively with the wider team
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re confident interacting with a variety of customers/stakeholders and focused on delivering a brilliant customer service at all times - we can support you to develop your admin skills and technical knowledge of property maintenance and repairs!
In order to build strong relationships with your team and wider stakeholders, you can expect to be in the office a minimum of three days per week, although this may vary depending on business needs.
