This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers a salary up to 27,583.49 per annum, depending on skills and experience. It follows a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week.

Function

Working closely with the Service Delivery Supervisor the role holder will be resposible for:

Key tasks:

Own service delivery and ensure SLAs are met Support client needs and provide solutions Monitor deliveries and analyse data for improvements Communicate performance updates to clients Liaise with carriers and coordinate ad hoc collections Handle queries, support invoicing, and manage claims Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed

Profile

Proactive, logical, and analytical mindset Able to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities Good IT skills, including Excel Comfortable with systems like JDA Adaptable to new technology Logistics or transport experience preferred but not essential Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
