Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
-Coordinate day to day running with service and project departments.
Experience and Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of office procedures and ability to operate standard office equipment
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
