We're looking for someone to join our team supporting a secure national infrastructure. You'll handle incidents and service requests, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to meet service targets.



You'll also build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and senior managers, using excellent communication skills to keep everything running smoothly. A key part of this role is contributing to ongoing service improvements.



To apply, you must be eligible for Government Security Clearance (SC level), which requires at least 5 years of residency in the UK.

What you'll be doing

Responding to user enquiries and delivering prompt, effective solutions

Logging incidents and resolutions clearly and accurately

Managing and prioritising multiple service requests at once

Providing excellent customer service and building strong user relationships

Keeping up to date with new technologies, tools and processes

The skills you'll need

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Clear and confident communication with a focus on great customer service

Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure

Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies

Willingness and ability to maintain SC-level security clearance

Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications across various operating systems

Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and third-party suppliers

Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and systems
