Overview:

We are hiring a Service Manager in the Gosport area. As a professionally qualified person, you will take responsibility for the delivery of our supported living services for clients with mental health. You will provide specific management to colleagues, so the people who use our services can live as independently as possible and achieve their goals. As a Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to expand your care career. With training and development as a focus of our organisation, you will be supported to reach your full potential along your journey.

We are seeking a Service Manager or someone looking to make the step up to take responsibility for the delivery of our supported living services. We support a number of adults in supported living services across Hampshire.

Must be up to to date with current thinking around effective models of intervention which support the principals of recovery- shifting the balance from medical intervention to a psycho-social perspective-with the confidence and ability to impart this to a new team

Key Responsibilities:

The post holder will need to promote an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of professional practice, whilst achieving compliance with external regulatory standards. You will provide specific management, support, advice and motivation to staff teams to ensure that the people who use are services are supported to be as independent as possible and achieve their goals.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Ideally a minimum of four years' experience preferably within the relevant field. You will possess good time management skills and be IT literate. You will be committed to reporting on Service User outcomes and organisational reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,500.00-37,500.00 per year
