We are seeking a Service Manager to lead and inspire our dedicated team, supporting disabled individuals to live indepedantly, with choice and control at the heart of everything we do.


As our Service Manager you will:


Lead, coach, and motivate your team of coordinators and staff to deliver outstanding, person centred support Ensure services meet the highest standards and regulatory requirements Build strong relationships with customers, families and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement, innovation and customer satisfaction Champion indepedence, dignity and choice in every decision

We are looking for someone who:


Has experience in social care, supported living, or a related field Brings excellent leadership and communication skills understands the importance of person-centred planning is committed to making a real difference is disabled peoples lives Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
