Purpose
The Service & Procurement Executive will play a key role in the M&Ms team overall success.
Your role will be to deliver Operational Support, Procurement administration and Customer Service success.
Main Duties & responsibilities
M&Ms Operations Support:
Log job requests from customers - call outs on phoenix
Answer customer Queries on the phone and by email
Ensure any issues with customers are dealt with timely and efficiently
Through discussion with Team Leaders, make them aware of any feedback from the customer following completion of a job
Logging all Customer Feedback in Phoenix and track in weekly review
Ad hoc Subcontractor jobs
Creation of PPM jobs as forecasted
Ensure that the correct technicians are attending based on availability and location
PPMs - each month ensure the PPM that are due are completed by the most relevant technician using where possible trainee resource
Portal Management ensuring all portals updated with relevant invoice information in line with Customer requirements
Procurement:
Ensures all parts are ordered correctly
Quoting parts required from the Manufacturers sourced from the engineers
Multiples search round to find the cheapest option
Maintain store stock, currently a manual spreadsheet (not in Phoenix) tracking the serial numbers in order for replenishment
Monthly collation and distribution of stock from Phoenix / PPM WIP. View in excel format
Raise POs for reactive jobs as well as Subcontractors PPM, filters
Ordering the parts
You will have skills and experience/behaviours relating to:
1+ years' experience in a Service or Procurement role
Demonstrates curiosity and passion, asking questions to build understanding
Excellent IT proficiency
Experience in creating POs & Invoices
Excellent Customer Service skills
High attention to detail
Desire for progression
